We have two kinds of passports: Domestic or we call it
"Ukrainian" and International. Ukrainian passport (blue) is used only by
Ukrainian citizens on the territory of Ukraine; International one (red) is used only if a
person travels outside Ukraine. |
| If
your lady does not have an International Passport,
then she will not be able to meet you in a
third country or apply for the fiancee visa.
Also, if your lady has a child younger then
18 years going abroad together with her, she
also needs a travel document for the child. |
